What Is TEACH Me ADHD?

 

TEACH Me ADHD is a highly engaging, structured course where parent–child teams become Senior and Junior Detectives, working side-by-side on interactive “missions” that build understanding, emotional skills, and confidence in living with ADHD. This program is ideal for children ages 8–12 who have been diagnosed with ADHD and are ready to develop skills that support success at home, school, and beyond—with the support of their parent as their Senior Detective partner.

 

What You’ll Learn Together

Each week focuses on a new topic that helps families better understand and manage ADHD in real life. Through live weekly sessions, video lessons, and interactive resources, families connect with one another and with an expert guide—your dedicated Senior Field Agent Brightmind (that’s me!)—to develop lifelong tools for attention, regulation, and self-esteem. Join to learn skills-based support that goes beyond therapy!

As a pediatric nurse practitioner dually certified in primary care and pediatric and adolescent mental health, Kim Erlich is an expert in pediatrics and an advocate for children and families, always striving to help kids reach their developmental potential. This passion extends to families living with conditions like ADHD. There's so much that can be learned to harness the superpower that is ADHD! Our program blends evidence-based content with compassionate guidance that supports the whole child—mind, body, and environment. While I am not a therapist, I incorporate therapeutic strategies, ongoing psychiatric insight, and deep collaboration with families to ensure integrated care every step of the way.
